REFUND POLICY

Because our products are research materials whose integrity depends on storage conditions, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products. We will make it right when an order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete.

Eligible for refund or replacement — report within 7 days of delivery:

• Wrong product or quantity shipped

• Product damaged in transit (photo of the item and packaging required)

• Package confirmed lost by the carrier

Unopened returns.

Unopened, sealed products in original packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund minus original shipping. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the error was ours.

Not eligible.

Opened or used products, products stored improperly after delivery, and orders undeliverable because of an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Cancellations.

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship. Email support@stallionpeptides.com with your order number.

How to request.

Email support@stallionpeptides.com with your order number, the issue, and photos where relevant. We respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund timing.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded in the same currency to a wallet address you provide, at the USD value of the original order.
